The facility opened on July 21, 1983, with operations beginning four days later. Malvern is a 228,000 sq. ft. garage features 2 wash racks, 2 fuelling stations, and a Eurovac system with 12 40-foot hoists, 3 60-foot hoists, and 4 inspection pit stations at this garage. The facility had a paint booth, but it was closed at a unknown date. Since then, most of their buses in the garage had their panels replaced with grey, black, and white assortments.  
Malvern Division opened its doors on July 21st, 1983 with service beginning on July 24th, 1983.

Malvern Division is a 228 000 square foot facility located in Scarborough a neighborhood of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
 
The garage has 2 wash and fueling bays, 14 repair bays for 40ft buses, 3 repair bays for 60ft buses and 4 inspection pits. The garage also has a Eurovac system and has an approximate capacity of 270 buses.

Malvern currently holds 293 vehicles, operating with 134 diesel Orion V 40 foot (12 metre) high-floor lift equipped vehicles and 159 diesel-electric hybrid Orion VII 40 foot (12 metre) low-floor vehicles (79 Orion VII and 80 Orion VII NG). It is now a 100% fully accessible garage.
Malvern is the home to a portion of the fleet of low floor [[Orion International|Orion Bus Industries]] Orion 07.501 in both diesel and diesel-electric form. Malvern is also the home to the remaining lift equipped [[Orion International|Orion Bus Industries]] Orion 05.501s and also houses a portion of the [[Nova Bus]] [[Nova Bus LFS Artic|LFS Artics]].

History

Malvern Division opened its doors on July 21st, 1983 with service beginning on July 24th, 1983.

Facility Information

Malvern Division is a 228 000 square foot facility located in Scarborough a neighborhood of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The garage has 2 wash and fueling bays, 14 repair bays for 40ft buses, 3 repair bays for 60ft buses and 4 inspection pits. The garage also has a Eurovac system and has an approximate capacity of 270 buses.

Bus Fleet

Malvern is the home to a portion of the fleet of low floor Orion Bus Industries Orion 07.501 in both diesel and diesel-electric form. Malvern is also the home to the remaining lift equipped Orion Bus Industries Orion 05.501s and also houses a portion of the Nova Bus LFS Artics.
