The Corporation de Transport Régional de Portneuf began operation May of 2010 with only 1 route, a 2nd route was addd in August of 2011.
The Corporation de Transport Régional de Portneuf provides public transportation services for the towns of Cap-Santé, Donnacona, Lac-Sergent, Neuville, Pont-Rouge, Portneuf, Saint-Basile, Saint-Marc-des-Carrières and Saint-Raymond.

The CDT Régional de Portneuf began operations in September of 2005 and was tasked to develop a transit system with their territory. In January of 2009, the CDT Régional de Portneuf is given the green light to procede with their proposed plan. In May of 2010, the system is launched with 1 route providing a shuttle service between eastern portion of the MRC de Portneuf and Quebec City.
 
In August of 2011, a second route was added to the system, this route linking the western portion to Quebec City.
