Tjuljumdzhi = Spammer. He just made a post that was either in Russian or Martian. Sometimes, it's hard to tell these two languages apart.
His sole post can be seen here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1093, and it marks a historic moment for our forum

What's with all of these random, foreign spammers joining the forum recently?

Everything is cleared up now. I was testing a new more secure registration security system, and apparently it is not near as effective as our custom transit related Q&A methods. So I returned the Q&A method back, and now I will manually accept or decline new members based on their country of origin, since 99.9% of spammers come from outside North America.
